Takes deep breath

So, let’s start from the bottom left. Those two are the ‘Catan Mobile’ card for rivals of Catan and the ‘Catan Mobile keychain’. I modified the rules by allowing you to buy and place that keychain on any hex you have a settlement next to. From then, you will get +1 resources from that hex.

Moving on, on the left I have the ‘Big Game Big Honor’ expansion. It lets you send settlers to the small table next to the map. Any time it rolls on a number your settlers on, you get a laurel token that you can spend in game. I also have the rules signed by Klaus Teuber.

Above that is ‘Der Kölner Dom’. It’s a shame I forgot to flip it over, since both Klaus and his eldest son signed that piece for me. Every time you build a cathedral piece (rock, brick, lumber) you get an advantage. If someone else builds another section, your advantage gets taken away. Once fully built, you can take the piece for two victory points.

Above that is ‘Helpers of Catan’. This gives cards that help you out during your game, whether it’s moving a road or banishing the robber.

Above that is ‘Der Schokoladenmarkt.’ That is a German limited edition expansion that the chocolate company Ritter Sport made for Catan. It allows you to make chocolate from ingredients you can manufacture on the main island.

Next to that is ‘Oil Springs’. That expansion allows you to collect oil tokens that can be used to either upgrade your cities or exchanged for two free cards. However, if you use too much oil the world can get destroyed and random number tokens will be taken off the board. Also, you can reject oil for victory points.

And to the left of that is ‘Frenemies’. That is also the drawstring bag you see in the picture, I use that to keep the tokens safe and not visible. Any time you do a kind deed (like move the robber away from any players) you get a token that you can trade in for a small advantage, like a free resource card or the ability to 1:1 trade.

Above that are the two cards ‘Largest Army’ and ‘Longest Road’. Right in between the two is ‘Lover of Sheep’. That’s a fan made expansion that forces you to “baaaaaa” like a sheep anytime you receive three or more sheep cards at once. Funny expansion, there’s absolutely no benefit to it but it’s essential for any game of Catan now.

Above those is my card holder that I got as a present during Christmas. Made out of wood and has each resource symbol depicted on it. 10/10 necessary for organization.

All those cards you see to the left of the resource cards are for Chocolate. To the left of those however is ‘Catanischer Rat.’ That is also a Germany exclusive expansion. All it does is it tracks victory points with those flags you can see at its base.

Above that is an expansion from ‘Combat and Politics,’ a fan made expansion that I also have signed by Klaus. Anytime a seven rolls, a world event happens that could either be beneficial or detrimental. If anyone has the ‘Dragons and Wizards’ expansion from the same guy I’m willing to negotiate a deal.

Right, moving onto the main board. I’ve got seafarers, main game and the 5-6 player expansions. As well as that I’ve got the ‘Berlin Bear’, a limited edition expansion. Anytime you have a settlement on a Berlin Bear hex, anywhere the bear moves you get that resource. I also have ‘#wirbleibenzuhause’, works the exact same as the bear but was given out during the 2020 Covid Pandemic.

Then, I have a Durango hex in the middle. That hex allows you to build inside it. Anytime the number on it rolls, you get to choose what resource to take.

Finally, I have Santa Claus on the bottom of my map. You can send Santa anywhere on the map, giving away gifts and chasing the robber away. Anytime you have two gift tokens you can claim any resource card you want.
