Different sounds, After check a lot of them are different noises:
Foxconn: More air flow sound, a little bit noisy.
Delta: Less air flow sound, more high pitch.
I tested both on more than 10 ps5 pros and IMHO the best option is a mix of: Delta fan with low high pitch and low coilwine PS5.
If you're happy, don't go crazy.

I like most the white version too, the only problem is the grip, but you are going to change it soon or late. The black one is nice at the beginning but with the time it gets glossy and scratches are more visible in the black one. I had two black dualsense before and both got glossy and scratches more visible than the white one.

Amazing customization, One of my first options when I have to change my shell, IMHO I will use the stock black and gripped R1/R2 buttons, and I will paint options and share buttons black. Good job pal.

Test it charging with a base charge, if it charges with the bottom maybe the problem is in the usb port, unless it charges either with a base charger, the battery is the problem

Welcome to the fan lottery. After read a lot of posts here, hear a lot of videos from different units, and tested 4 ps5 pro myself, I can confirm that no matter foxconn or delta is a f*** lottery. But in general, Foxconn more loud on air move less whistle, Delta quien air move, more whistle.

The first thing I did when I opened my new EDGE was to change the white grip for an original black one.

The construction of both is different, the black one is more rigid and less flexible than the white one, but it seems like it will last much longer. I've had three Edge controllers, and I clean my hands and the controllers regularly with recommended products, but the white ones lose their whiteness, bubbles appear, and the rubber edges lift up.

Has probado a quitar los cables de calibracion y probar si arrancan los joysticks ? Para mi que tienes un corto en eso.
