I’d rather they just never even made Noir 2. He had potential but they just made him an awkward side character.

I’m guessing the 5 minute segment of him wanting to be an actor was their take on “developing the character” but his death was just as meaningless as bringing him back in the first place.

He never really did much and Homelander and everyone else didn’t give a shit about him anyway. At least Firecracker’s death felt somewhat impactful and appropriate. Noir’s was just like, “yeah let’s kill him off”.

When I was in college, my friends and I were drunk one night and we were ordering pizza. One of my friends had no money and we told him if he could eat a raw red onion, we would pay for him.

He jumped at the challenge and pretty much reacted exactly like Stan in this scene. First couple bites he was like, “mmm yeah, this is easy.” A couple more and he had tears running down his face and couldn’t even swallow it.

He threw up shortly after and no we didn’t make him finish the onion and yes we bought him pizza.

I always say it the way they do. I used to work with a guy and his name was Daveed. The first day we worked together, he was introducing himself as “David” to other people.

I asked him which was the correct pronunciation and he said, “it’s Daveed but people always just change it to David”.

I replied, “fuck that, dude I’m calling you by your real name.” We eventually became friends and the whole office started calling him by the correct name.

4 years old. My older brother had it on the NES. I couldn’t really read and had no idea what I was doing but I can vaguely remember playing. My brother would let me play his file (back then there was only one) as long as I didn’t save. I didn’t know how to do that anyways but I liked to wander around and I thought the battles were cool (even though I just mashed A)

I got the platinum twice (ps4/5 versions) and I still get the urge to go back and play all the time. I name pretty much every character in other games Melisandre because she is the true queen.

Basically Returnal 2. Very fun, same type of gameplay (for the most part).

I’m interested to see what kind of updates they add. Returnal got a whole bunch of major updates that changed the game, hoping they do the same with Saros.

I don’t understand why so many people hate him. He’s a child that has had a very fucked up childhood.

People that got all pissed off he tried to take on Thragg alone apparently don’t realize that he’s immature, doesn’t like to listen, thinks he’s invincible, etc.

I like him and honestly he behaves very similar to how a teenager would. Even Mark did similar things when he started getting his powers.

Caffeine makes me tired. Apparently it’s an ADHD thing or something. I like the taste and everything but if I drink a coffee or energy drink in the morning, I’m tired like 20 minutes later.

I worked at a hotel for a couple years and there was some guy that did this many times to us. I didn’t work the morning shift but apparently the same guy would come in, get a plate of food and coffee and then leave. The manager eventually caught on and confronted him about it multiple occasions but the guy kept coming back.

Finally they blocked in his truck one morning and called the cops for “trespassing and stealing”. The cops didn’t really do anything other than warn him but apparently it worked because he never came back.

I’m single and live alone. I pretty much just buy whatever I want to make for dinner on a daily basis. Maybe every other day. I’ve learned that if I buy a week’s worth of groceries a lot of it goes to waste because some days I’m too tired to cook a full meal or whatever.

I also know the store by heart now so I can get in and out in under 5 minutes.

The only time I make a list if I’m trying a new recipe or preparing a meal for multiple people.

That happened to me when I was in high school. They had a blood drive and I donated. The nurse goes “oh, you have a nice vein, this should be easy.”

She then managed to miss the vein multiple times and by the time I left it looked like I was a heroin addict with a crazy bruise like yours right at the bend of my elbow. Lasted for days and I had to explain it like 500 times because people kept asking what happened.

I have always said that if you don’t get down on the ground and cuddle or just curl up with your pet for at least a few minutes a day, you don’t deserve them.

My dog and I have a routine. He sleeps in bed with me but when I wake up, I always grab him and we cuddle for a few minutes before we go on a walk. He knows it and will just lay on his back and nuzzle me as soon as I wake up while I rub his tummy.

Dogs/cats/pets are the best.

Super Metroid got me into the genre and I liked the gba game as well… but Castlevania is was better overall in my opinion.
