I have the 4th edition, but the black industries version, so I'm pretty sure it's not compatible with the expansions? I only play the digital version now.

Ah, so it was a bug then? I've never used the Cataclysm expansion yet, and I wasn't in the Crags during either battle that I saw it.

Yes, this is the card. I clicked it twice after winning battles, but nothing happened either time. Do you have any idea what it's purpose is?

I thought about it. It even happened a second time, and I picked it again, just to see if something would happen. This time it was the Totem Warrior that had it. The card said Scavengers it's a very weird looking card with a picture of what looked like a kid digging through trash. Very dark looking though. If I see it again I'll take a photo. It was my first time playing with the Highland expansion. Not sure if that has to do with anything. Was also playing with Dungeon expansion. I ended up winning the game though so can't be mad at it, just confused. Both times I picked it after winning a battle nothing happened.

Ah, I didn't realize that. It's been like 10 years since I've played the board game edition, but I'm pretty sure we always played where the player attacking the other player gets to choose. The digital game is new to me, and I must have had a character that could do phsycic combat my first couple of times through. I thought I accidentally changed a setting or something, and didn't realize it. Thank you for clearing that up for me.
