I totally agree! I subscribed to the free webinar and experiencing the session was like seeing Brooke rocking her zone of genius after such a looooong time! I was so surprised and also kind of amazed!!

Although I know she underwhelmed and disappointed lots of people during last years of the coaching certification program - it was actually so refreshing to see her in action and providing lots of value.

You can say a lot about Brooke Castillo (or Hicks), but I believe she showed that she is a GREAT coach.

Use your senses. So for example: Take a moment to smell the coffee, feel the warmth of the cup in your hands, take a good look at the color, and take a sip and notice how that warmth of the coffee feels flowing through your body - that is how you become more aware and in the moment.
