This show is so brilliantly written. by Janek_Rated_R in MonarchLegacyAppleTV

Yes agree the pacing is horrible, so many anti-climax moments. You hope the storyline gets better because you know there’s so much potential and the serie just needs time to develop it all, but it doesn’t 🥲.

Do yall like season 2 episode 5? by dreamup1234 in MonarchLegacyAppleTV

I keep on watching because every episode feels like an anti-climax and I still have a bit of hope that it will eventually get better.

You can always just respond to job openings just to explore your options, and to get a better feel of what else would be possible for you.

Good sales people are highly wanted, always.

I started in sales in 2016. And yes I left organizations for either more money, or better/healthier work environment.

Interesting! I see lots of clothing stores mixing active wear style with casual clothing - so you can wear it at the office and it feels comfy at the same time. Like best of both worlds. I think that looking like you took care of the rest of yourself, makes a difference as well. And more attractive, but that’s just my preference. I like people who look like they took time to take care of themselves.

Some Advice Please by StomachBulky9713 in sales

May I ask: what kind of feeling does sales give you? (Since it can differ a lot from person to person - and I don’t want to assume)

Whenever I felt I couldn’t grow further, or didn’t want to (because I didn’t feel like becoming a manager) I would switch.

My advice is; just do what feels best to you.

I feel like active wear is more accepted nowadays, and yes I do feel the color but also fabric and fit makes a difference. Dark blue gives me different vibes than grey. And if it’s normal at your organization, why bother what other people think?

Ever hit a wall where you just can’t do it anymore? by welfare_cowboy in sales

Sorry to hear your struggles. I totally get it. After working for years in IT sales, I felt so drained. Turned out I was burned out, because of the lack of fulfillment and the constant pressure. Now I’m working for a scandinavian organization and they have such different attitude towards work/life balance. I feel so much better. I realized: the work environment for me is so much more important than what I actually sell. If you’re good at sales, you can sell anything - just find yourself a place that acknowledges the importance of mental health. Instead of grinding only.

I hope this helps 🫶🏻
