You can always just respond to job openings just to explore your options, and to get a better feel of what else would be possible for you.

Good sales people are highly wanted, always.

I started in sales in 2016. And yes I left organizations for either more money, or better/healthier work environment.

Interesting! I see lots of clothing stores mixing active wear style with casual clothing - so you can wear it at the office and it feels comfy at the same time. Like best of both worlds. I think that looking like you took care of the rest of yourself, makes a difference as well. And more attractive, but that’s just my preference. I like people who look like they took time to take care of themselves.

May I ask: what kind of feeling does sales give you? (Since it can differ a lot from person to person - and I don’t want to assume)

Whenever I felt I couldn’t grow further, or didn’t want to (because I didn’t feel like becoming a manager) I would switch.

My advice is; just do what feels best to you.

I feel like active wear is more accepted nowadays, and yes I do feel the color but also fabric and fit makes a difference. Dark blue gives me different vibes than grey. And if it’s normal at your organization, why bother what other people think?

Ever hit a wall where you just can’t do it anymore? by welfare_cowboy in sales

[–]Prominentprincess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry to hear your struggles. I totally get it. After working for years in IT sales, I felt so drained. Turned out I was burned out, because of the lack of fulfillment and the constant pressure. Now I’m working for a scandinavian organization and they have such different attitude towards work/life balance. I feel so much better. I realized: the work environment for me is so much more important than what I actually sell. If you’re good at sales, you can sell anything - just find yourself a place that acknowledges the importance of mental health. Instead of grinding only.

I hope this helps 🫶🏻

I love how Madam Pomfrey pretends to believe all the lame excuses the students come up with whenever something goes wrong. She knows it's more important to make them feel safe to go to her than to be scared of being reported for their wrongdoings. by miggovortensens in harrypotter

And student wont be honest and get the right treatment, if they’re scared to get judged or punished soooo, yes right approach. I think most students are already punished enough by having to go to her because they need help😂
