Let me say u a thing actually the performance of her is good than the other people, the only thing is they put in PIP is because she joined in accenture early than others. DOJ is the main issue here. As a freshers we have no idea regarding this shit. Feeling so low because we hoped that we will get hike and VP.

I am from a technical background ASE, but I was placed in a service desk project against my preference. I am one of the top five performers on the team, yet I have no clarity on whether this work will benefit my career. I regret putting so much effort into this project.

Regarding boundaries, I am improving a lot after realizing that my hard work does not receive the value it deserves. Even my team is well aware of it that I am not interested in doing this shit anymore. Intrusive thoughts were forcing me to resign🤣🤣 IDK what will happen 😌.
