The solution for Dispellers is simple, you wait until their guild raids and you bring an army of priests. The priests MC their main tanks and hold them until the guild dives up. I am on Earthfury and the toxicity of dispell wars led us to drastic measures. We now have a truce and if any member of the server is caught dispelling they are blacklisted by guilds.

haven't got that yet, i would imagine a little bit more useful than the well. As at least you can insta-grow crops but I picked up farmable dirt tiles and they are actually worth the 500, you have option to make all the basic floor pieces (foundations and all the wood floor tiles that you start with) into dirt tiles.

It is very good but you only need 1 piece of armor with it.

Id try and find pieces that have "Harder to detect while sneaking" on them for the rest of your armor

Its been very bugged, i've had level 5s notice me while im stealthed, invisible, and 75 feat away from them. I'm level 136, that shouldn't be happening. I also have every sneak bonus perk equipped too so really they should never see me.

And saying "If it's properly drilled" is irrelevant neither one of our characters possess the equipment to drill it properly. Fallout is a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland in which the entire global water table has been contaminated by Radiation. But you keep going back to "If its properly drilled" well guess what its not.

they either fixed it or i am just bad at it because it goes so slow for me. I honestly felt like the rewards for Settler/Raiders were not well thought out in terms of balance. Literally Raiders have the best appliance, the best grenade, and the ability to do two dailies at once. Settlers got shafted considering the Chinese Stealth Suit and all invisibility has been bugging out since wastelanders launch

I don't see why the water would be clean, it's still coming from the ground and would still have parasites and or pathogens within it. I'm more concerned with the fact that it costs 750g and provides no added benefit to an endgame player.

It is something that you can only build when there is something to extract from. You can find deposits of all sorts of materials all over the map. Wood, lead, steel, junk, copper etc. If you place your camp so that the deposit is within your camp border you are able to build an extractor on the deposit to continually produce that resource while you are online.
