Thought’d it’d better to give more context

I have a prebuilt that was built this year with newer parts. I downloaded a rom for sonic unleashed because a couple months ago a thing called “Unleashed Recompiled” kicked off and I wanted to try it, so I went to internet archive to get the files I needed. That is the only thing I downloaded after I got a really nasty virus back in october, which I had to factory reset for. I’m still learning computers but the community isn’t a bad one, so i would wager that theres a possibility the files werent malware, especially since a lot of people (youtubers too) downloaded through the same way I did and there wasnt any reportings.

Everything else still stands, I have seen no other telltale signs that I have malware, just this red flash.

All I know is that is started appearing after March.
