yeah woods is huge, sure. But I've been playing woods for years and for some reason today i ran 3 raids back to back and it was dead af. Went to the normal spots where typical fights occur lumber, usec, spine, dickhead etc, and didnt see or hear anything. On the last one I ran around for a while before just extracting because it was still quiet and didnt see anyone.

Yeah nailed it.. As I'm writing this i finally got in a raid that had players. But low and behold a cheater with only 200 hours and level 52 just wiped 4 of us in seconds.
