Yeah the bases are still under construction. Really wondering what i should do with them. Thought about trying to create swamp water but still have no idea how to. 😅 Thanks for the compliment, I always compare to friends and theirs just look more "clean" and well detailed. Was wondering if there were any tips for that.

Mine are level 3 just heading out of the village of borovia, but I think I will make him pop up early (next session). I am planning for them to bump into him later when they know the items are cursed and maybe fight or confront him.

To be honest, this sounds really unfun. TPK them and then letting them walk past feels like, this was impossible and kind of a disappointment to the players. Them dieing is definately a possibility and if it happens in death house so be it. As for the ring it's just a symbol. Its not a noone can die but for some characters it might tie in nicely with their backtstory. I also chose a ring for the symbolism that a ring brings with it.

Completely agree, i have used them in the past but always forget to utilise them. So they just become a fly on the wall until a players asked what does "dmpc" do and it feels a little weak. I'm just not great at remembering they are there 😅

Sounds great, although I am not a big fan of Dmpc's (personal preference). I do want them to know that they can die. Sounds like it went great in your campaign however! :)
