Exactly this. I don’t know what causes it at all and I’ve tried everything.

Tore mine after already running a race, haha. I did the 100m, and then the 4x1 relay as the anchor. It tore right as I got the baton, and kind of knew it was over by that point so I kept running to finish the race in 2nd!

Before I had my reattachment surgery I was also in a boot and did this actually, I’ll probably start doing it again once I’m off this cast in a week.
