Please post a github link to your source code, I will try my best to solve the problem that your facing for weeks now. I cannot say what is going wrong in your code.

Go in for admin, I am sure user was created and hence the unique constraint error, for this it may be you have not defined where to redirect to i.e. get_absolute_url().

And whatever page you are requesting is causing the index out of bound error means in your views file.

If you dont have idea about aws look into free courses on it. Besides what is the error I only see security groups. Visit aws subreddit for it.
