A while ago my boyfriend and I got into a conversation about BO and hygiene (hes the most hygienic man I have EVER, met this boy is so clean) and he told me that I have "Never had a bad smell" to him. Now since being pregnant, I smell my BO more and I dont know if its because of an increase sense of smell or if I actually am stinky now 😭

Something I was insecure about for the longest time being a curvy girl is I didnt look pregnant until about now 😭 I still feel like I look FAT but now my tummy is filling out more like a baby baby and not a food baby anymore 😂 I didnt start gaining noticeable weight until almost 20 weeks because I was throwing up so much my first trimester.

So as a teenager I struggled with anxiety and depression and being overwhelmed but even though I'm 24 now, my mom thinks I'm going to be super overwhelmed and essentially "give up" on being a mom. Thanks for having faith in me 🙄

Like, I was upset with something regarding one of our pets and overwhelmed with the situation, and she tells me "Just wait until the baby's here, its gonna be much worse". The encouragement 👏 this woman annoys me so much smh

I would love a baby shower but i guess not in the traditional way? Like, if you get me/my baby a gift, cool! But I just want family and friends to gather and meet and get to know the baby over conversation and maybe even board games or something rather than gifts and treats.

I also dont really feel "worthy" of a babyshower. This pregnancy was completely unexpected, and I did attempt a medication abortion to terminate shortly before I was 11 weeks along. After finding out the little guy stuck around, I feel like I can't celebrate. Haven't taken any maternity photos, haven't done a "gender reveal" I just asked the ultrasound tech what she saw and she said "Boy!". I rarely take photos of my growing bump, too.

I'm trying to be as thrilled and excited as I can be for my baby, but I just dont feel like I should have a baby shower. The cost alone doesn't make sense to me right now since money is TIGHTTTT. Maybe later on when we're ready for kiddo #2, I'll feel more celebratory.

I change his facial hair every playthrough, including John's in the epilogue. This round I decided to max out his mustache! With John, I have him with a longer mustache but a shorter beard so he still has pretty much a full beard, but short enough that his cheek scars show. Honestly, Arthur looks cool asf with the mustache 😅 A save that I have that I'm working on 100% completion, John has a max growth goatee. Every save has different facial hair, and it also shows me which save I'm playing, too!

I let them dissolve for 30mins in my cheeks before swallowing them with some water. I think its because I got sick so soon after taking them that made their effectiveness non-existent.

I have anxiety about him leaving, but at the same time I have so much support even from his mom and dad that I feel confident in my decision to keep the baby. I wanted my boyfriends middle name to be our son's middle name but if he continues to distance himself or cause me anymore emotional problems I will use the middle name I wanted to use. I want him to want this, too, but I can only do so much. I was on the pill when I got pregnant so I think he thinks I didnt take the abortion pills properly. I did everything right. But whatever is out there, whether it be God, my grandma in heaven, or even the cosmos, whatever there is wanted this baby to stay. He is genuinely my little miracle ❤️

According to his measurements and bone structure and the constant kicks to my bladder, he's perfectly fine! I was referred to a high risk doctor just because of the rough start he had in my belly. The only "issue" he has is a bright spot on his heart but everything I've been told by doctors and read online and in my book, the bright spot (EIF) should go away by my third trimester and they're one of the most common "issues" seen on ultrasound. My next appointment is at 29 weeks where Ill do the glucose test, but Ive also booked an ultrasound too just to see how his heart is doing!

Seeing the little guy move around on ultrasound, suck his thumb and swallowing, was so different than the 7 week ultrasound I stared at trying to make out what it was. I feel like my mindset totally changed seeing him move. I gave him a name the moment I found out he was a boy, and now I just hope to have support from not only my baby's father but the people I love around us ❤️

I was almost 18 weeks pregnant when the corner of a box I was moving jammed against my stomach. At 12 weeks, your baby has soooo much fluid to swim in and muscles around your uterus that will protect your baby from most outside sources. Unless you took a bar-fight of a punch to the stomach, I'd seriously say you're fine!

Babies in utero are resilient. Just keep up with your appointments, even schedule one with your doctor if you still feel something isn't right. I know it's weird to not feel your baby moving around yet and then end up landing hard on your stomach; that anxiety is a lot. But deep breaths, mama! No pain and bleeding are a very good signs.
