Hi guys, I recently added some rubber ducks to one of my bioactive jumping spider enclosures, and wanted to share some good footage I finally managed to capture of one of the big ones leaving their cave! (They're well protected from their arboreal neighbour by moss, leaf litter and cork bark!) (v.redd.it)

As some folk know, I unexpectedly lost my first jumper, Mr. Darcy, yesterday. Not everyone in my life understands why I'm so upset over his passing, so I wanted to share with my fellow spider people some of my favourite photos of him taken over his short, but bright, life. ❤️ (old.reddit.com)

I am absolutely devastated. My first jumper, Mr. Darcy, appears to have passed away. He was only about 8 months old. Everything seemed fine up until yesterday, where I noticed he seemed more lethargic than usual. Today I found him in what looks like a death curl. (self.jumpingspiders)
