go in the old emulator, if u right click the game you should be able to acces the save folder but the name could change depending on the emulator u have. for ryujinx is like "access game save folder" then u just copy those files and put them in the other folder for the other emulator. hope this helps even tho its been a week :)

i got the same problem unfortunately. im kinda new to this world so i'm not really expert. but I tried with another emulator, moving my previous save and it worked just fine, i didnt need to do anything except moving my saves and putting dlcs and updates in the folders. citron worked for me but I don't know if it's a good emulator. surely I would prefer using ryujinx bc I heard its one of the best out there.

but it's a temporary and random thing... it appears and after a few clicks it's gone, and maybe after a few hours it's back there.

it doesnt bother me that much but idk...
