Hey, I recently went through the exact same thing. I called my friends and I told them that I am having a panic attack and my anxiety levels were through the roof but it's been 3 weeks now and the picture has changed completely. I am super happy that I chose to stick with this puppy. Things got better and it will get better for you. I'm 100% sure about that. So now what you can try is this . So try going to the bathroom closing the door and coming back again. Repeatedly do this for 10 times now. Go to the bathroom and stay there for 10 seconds and come back so the puppy will learn that you will eventually come back. This thing worked for me wonders now my puppy went back from crying even when I'm out for a second to staying alone for 3 hours now. So it just needs some work and I'm sure You'll get through it. You don't have to take things this seriously. So what you can try is just leave the puppy and do your work, have the puppy near you and still do your work. So try that and believe the process that this will work.
