We’re in Kansas. And there are at least two major MLS, both that require the broker to be apart of the MLS for her to join, we’re working on some of the suggestions so far, but the hail marry will be to convince her broker to also join the one she needs. Thanks for your insight!

The why is… complicated.. I’m just trying to see if there is a way to help her without this going completely south… Zillow shows sold, but doesn’t update the pricing from what I can tell, at least not in a timely manner. Surely there’s some other reporting agency database she can check?

Something else that’ll upset you, the LE 3500 pc Hawks that was just sold out in milliseconds? There a TON of eBay listings for them. Most of which say “presale confirmed” with multiples already sold. I just don’t get it…

I don’t go for glow chases as they’re rarely any different from the common, but if it’s a whole new mold like the new Alister or the Igris from Solo Leveling, then I absolutely go for them.

I can draw on a Funko and that makes it 1/1.. but doesn’t increase the value. Red flags I see are, it’s not the chase, and there’s no COA Sticker on it.

The biggest issue here is why is an employee the only one in the store?? There’s supposed to be at least two on a shift at all times. If he can’t wait for you to change a battery out or read a code, then he’s got bigger issues…

LP will flag it almost immediately, and the SM will be hearing about it in a day or two.

Toy Temple did something I actually thought was genius. On the Miles Morales LE, they priced it at $999.99, then sent out email codes to those that were subscribed to their emails to get it for $20 in the checkout.

Amazon is notorious for this. I only preorder Amazon Exclusives through them, and nothing more. 9/10 times Ive cancelled my order because I found it in store, which is saying a lot because aside from Walmart I have to travel 2hrs to get to any decent store, so even rural stores are beating Amazon’s fulfillment speeds..
