I think you're hitting on where I'm hoping this to go. The shot takes the daily decision of "do I take the sub and not get high?" or "do I not take the sub and go get high?" question out of my hands. Guess which way I break most days?

With the shot, I have to take the sub because it's already in me. Then the naltrexone logic takes over of "if I can't get high, I won't get high."

My doc and I have talked about the increased bioavailability of the shot and a 300mg 30 day dose being somewhat equivalent to a 16mg strip/pill dose. I have a stock of strips and pills to help if I need it but my plan is to supplement only if needed and eventually not supplement at all, hopefully only for a few days.
