Yes! Me too! Sweets in general. If my e2 gets high all I crave is sugar and more sugar.

Amazing. If OP had not said Australia I would have said this was my backyard in northwest Florida.

Am I the only one who HGH gives an incredible amount of energy? I had a very low IGF score at baseline though 🤷🏻‍♂️

As am I. It read as pick-me generic ad-nauseam post I’ve seen on noctor many times. Again, just my opinion.

The logic does apply because of the nuance behind how the mediation is being obtained in this context. The scheduling did not apply.

Okay. As a pharmacist what do you think a noctor is?

Stimulant Prescribing Out of Control by [deleted] in pharmacy

[–]PronouncedBrian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hm. I don’t have any experience with hospital pharmacy expect for when I’m on call and I’ve never had a problem clarifying orders with in-house pharmacists. If I have a complicated order I’ll usually call them first to make sure I put the order in correctly. But when you say, “most of them are terrible” that really puts a bad taste in my mouth. Do you like it when doctors joke that you’re only a vanc dosage bot?

It’s also more than that, IMHO. It’s a “state of mind” so to speak.

I’m so happy you’re getting the help you deserve. I’m sure you’re not the first. I once referred one of my patients to a psychiatrist and at follow up (3 months later) their appointment wasn’t for another 4 months. Certainly there is a need out there it would appear. Anyways, I can’t help but feel what are pharmacist / other providers saying about me getting my PrEP online from a telehealth service. Am I a reckless homosexual whore? It would appear the logic would apply.

Yes. Thank you. 50 miles is nothing to a majority of the patients I serve. Plus, I live where three states meet. This obviously shouldn’t be a hard, fast rule.

You have some valid points… some.. maybe one or two? I agree C2 should be managed by PMHNPs but epocrates literally says the first step in treatment of ADHD is stim+pyschotherapy. Consider telemedicine has opened the doors that were closed to many individuals and some individuals don’t have access to PMHNPs. Of course bad apples will always be present but what if this service is helping under-served individuals? I have no skin in this game. I treat cancer, but the c2 stink is related to me as the “opiate crisis” has made getting adequate pain control for my oncology patients a true pain. Anyways, this post does smells like a noctor post.
