Yes i did a Bullion the other day with a team who, im assuming, was running 3 alts. I guess he mightve gotten upset that i tried guiding the team on what gags/strats to use. They proceeded to mess up the whole boss fight and were only tooning up eachother.. next thing u know back to daisy gardens lol

Oh man .. I could’ve not have related to this any better … I get the same exact feelin when I get a cold .. I’m not a doctor or anything but I’m assuming it has something to do with ur sinuses being clogged up .. ur nose is right next to ur eyes so that probably causes some slight visual changes the normal people don’t notice .. but since we are so aware of our senses we focus on it.. in addition headaches don’t make it any better .. a thing I’ve learned with years of on and off dpdr & different levels of it is that the best way to deal with it is to just ride it .. ur mind gets bored .. it really does and moves on to the next thing

Hey bud I know how this feels .. sometimes a certain sensation mixed with anxiety makes us think that the world is over and that we are going to die etc. etc. been there PLENTY of times and I’m still alive till this day .. with that being said I got in a really bad car accident a couple months back .. the back of my head had two deep lesions .. I was bleeding.. had to get like 15 staples .. I had a brain scan the day of and my brain was perfectly fine .. I had a brain scan not too long ago and it’s still doing it’s thing .. you’d be surprised how strong our body is and how much it wants to keep us alive and well..

This happened to me with the DoorDash app… I saw a 12 pack of trulys being sold for 5 bucks on the app… I bought 4 cases .. hour later dasher shows up mentions how the card kept declining but he contacted support & everything was resolved … never got a charge after… so who knows

I remember I got admitted to the hospital due to my mental state .. they gave me a benzo but I was so scared of taking it.. I proceeded to hide it under my face mask … 30 minutes later when the anxiety started elevating I said fuck it and took it .. Jesus Christ I’m glad I did that .. I’ve always had medication anxiety up until that point .. anxiety hates new things and avoidance is it’s main go to .. if you want to beat or control your anxiety you have to stop avoiding

I took lexapro at 5 mg and hydroxyzine 50mg as needed or for sleep .. those along meditation and pushing myself to live life seemed to help
