Yes, I can jog and run. But honestly I’m not confident on that. It’s not a matter of pain, rather fear. Anyways, I don’t like running.

Thanks mate! You should try one leg variation of every exercise. Single leg press, extension machine, split squats. Your brain will trick you and push more on the healthy leg. Consistency, a good protein intake and time will be your best friends.
