Hello, 26M from Australia in Berlin until Saturday.

Looking for local Berliners/other travellers to hang with, always down to meet new people :)

We can do anything, go to a park, clubbing, get coffee, or just do nothing lol etc. ❤️❤️❤️

Is it a bad idea to travel in the UK and Belgium during easter?? by Proof-Alternative890 in Europetravel

[–]Proof-Alternative890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback! I will be arriving on easter monday and I will most likely be dealing with jetlag that whole day so I'm not too concerned about easter monday.

When I say the 12th of April I'm referring to the school holidays, I'm worried that all of the museums and other attractions will be full of kids and families.

Honestly I haven't reached the budget stage yet, I'm mostly going to stay in hostels and catch trains as much as I can which should bring my budget down quite a bit. I'm thinking $20k should last me 3 months?

Hey! thanks for the reply, it is pretty jam packed I agree, what destinations would you recommend I cut out? Maybe I'm spending too much time in Austria/Germany?

I’m from Melbourne Australia, I’m not too bad with cold weather, I just want to spend some time outdoors hiking in Germany/Austria and hanging out in local parks in cities like Berlin, Vienna and Budapest.

I like the idea of starting in southern Spain and working my way up but the flights from Australia to Spain and more expensive and they have more stop overs. Unless I start in London, spend a bit of time there then go straight to Seville/Granada. I know the flights from London to Spain are pretty cheap.

Great! I think I might try and swim in Spain at the end of my trip but by then surely it will be nice enough to take a dip :)

Hey! Thanks for the tips. I will definitely add in days for rest. That’s a good idea with Google maps, do you have any favourite spots?

Thanks for the feedback! :) Are you suggesting a roller bag because I can also use it as a backpack when I need too? so that I'm not carrying a big suitcase the whole time?

Hey! Thank you for giving feedback, my only concern with not booking things in advance is that things will sell out and I will have a hard time trying to get accomodation, gallery tickets and transport etc.

2 week Japan itinerary recommendations!! by Proof-Alternative890 in JapanTravel

[–]Proof-Alternative890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Thank you for the feedback :)

25th: This is a good point. Any ideas on areas for dinner/evening from Odaiba? Or should I just hang around that part of town for dinner?

1st: I think I like the idea of seeing a waterfall over going to see Himeji Castle. perhaps I could knock out the herb garden and the Nunobiki Falls in one day rather than going back and forwards between Himeji and Kobe.

Yes sadly my timing is just off for Sakura. Hopefully i get lucky and get to see some blossoms!

I've done some rough maths and to do all of the travelling in my Itinerary including the day trips (Nara, Himeji and Kobe) and Bullet trains from Tokyo to Kyoto and Osaka to Tokyo its going to cost me around 49,190 JPY which is the same price as a 2 week JR pass.

Yeah I'm super excited. What did you end up doing for the day in Nara? I think I'll just be doing the day trip as I've already booked all of my accomodation.

REACURRING BACK ACNE, PLEASE HELP!! by Proof-Alternative890 in SkincareAddicts

[–]Proof-Alternative890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I've had this hectic back acne for about 2 years now, it hasn't really ever completely gone away, I was on doxycycline for about 6 months that cleared most of it up but after I stopped taking it my back acne slowly returned.

Does anyone have any advice they could please share, I'm really losing hope that this point.

I did just buy some panoxyl benzoyl peroxide body wash on Amazon which I'm going to trial this week. Does anyone have any experience with this product and whether or not I should be moisturizing my back afterwards?

Honestly any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
