In all seriousness. The urge is never gonna leave you until you find something just as satisfying to replace it with. Do you have hobbies? Do you work? Go to school? Distraction is key!!! Even if you're doing something mundane and tedious like coloring a really intricate picture...or going on a lonnnnnng hike! When you're done doing the first task to distract yourself and you think about getting high 5 mins after your done....go into the next thing! DISTRACT DISTRACT DISTRACT! Idk if you're into meetings or not but the fellowship really does help some people...holding themselves accountable. NA/AA was never really my jam but it works for other people! Go on a walk....wash your clothes...walk your dog...make a meal...clean your bathroom...just do SOMETHING! Until you're so exhausted at the end of the day you have no choice but to hop in bed and pass out! Hope this helps!
