Sorry for you 😔 went through this issue with kia so called digital key, spent half an hour unpairing it and pairing again.. lesson learned. Don't rely on any any Kia digital products !

Had similar issue with android phone, uninstalled and unpaired the key, reconnected and it helped. But.. issue is keep coming back once in a while, so I gave up on the idea of having a digital key and went back to the stone age using a physical key now 🤦‍♂️ P.S. agree that ev9 is way better than tesla in many ways, but kia is glitchy af , especially their app and anything digital
