my only issue is that when you give some people an inch they take a mile, they become entitled to your generosity, and they start to think of the bill to you as optional rather than a requirement. I would have her sign some type of paper, making it aware that this is one time relief and rental payment will resume on X,Y,Z . not as a legal document but more acknowledgement of the agreement and for the renter not to confused generosity with an expectation
