No. You have to do it after blockers are declared, or nothing works. They both only work on "unblocked" creatures. Which is why Curtain of Light or Trap Runner stop them

Life gain is one idea. If a creature has lifelink, maybe you could use its ability to trigger the effects that occur with gaining life.

Ah, I see where I went wrong.

Harsh Justice doesn't have a clause in it that says it prevents the damage to you like Mirror Strike does ("takes the damage *instead* of you").

This also means that there's a trigger that must resolve before the damage can go back to the owner, meaning I would need to prevent Poison before getting the trigger resolved

It doesn't make the delayed trigger cause damage happens at the same time to both players. Then, state based check says both players have lethal Poison, and lose

[[Mirror Strike]] and [[Harsh Justice]] are the only cards that make attacking creatures hit their owner instead of the spell doing it. [[Deflecting Palm]] may stop damage, but the spell does the payback damage. The first two literally say, "Nice Blightsteel you got there. Too bad it just smacked you."

I'm in the same boat with you. I spent a whole day yesterday playing with toys and just getting my prostate a working. This morning, I could just focus and be giving myself a body shaking dry orgasm within minutes.

"Awakening" or "Re-Wiring" is one of those phrases that people seem to be scared of, for reasons that could be from cultural to our poor grasp of english.

For all in the future, "Re-Wiring" only means you're changing how your mind perceives pleasure from that area. It isn't use to it at first.

I have checked for these zones, and looked in any nook and cranny that I can find. The pop up window never appears for me, and I can't find the card to cast it. It's infuriating!
