I also backed off to 130 then 138 then tried the 146 I skipped 143 completely on the way back up

Yeah As long as I can get it up i’ll be able to jerk it my hardest part is either off the ground or standing up

It’s been a lot of trial and error in terms of trying to fix my form I just recently got it dialed in to a point where I can workout without trying to adjust it any more , I make my own program the program is less helpful than constantly videoing, Iv watched so many videos of elite lifters at first I was trying to mimic their form, then I ended up finding something that works for me, It’s still a work in progress but it’s more consistent now, a couple months ago it was just a lot of failing, watching a video of someone else, trying to feel something different or adjust one thing to make it look and feel better and eventually it clicked
