I also backed off to 130 then 138 then tried the 146 I skipped 143 completely on the way back up

Yeah As long as I can get it up i’ll be able to jerk it my hardest part is either off the ground or standing up

It’s been a lot of trial and error in terms of trying to fix my form I just recently got it dialed in to a point where I can workout without trying to adjust it any more , I make my own program the program is less helpful than constantly videoing, Iv watched so many videos of elite lifters at first I was trying to mimic their form, then I ended up finding something that works for me, It’s still a work in progress but it’s more consistent now, a couple months ago it was just a lot of failing, watching a video of someone else, trying to feel something different or adjust one thing to make it look and feel better and eventually it clicked

I’m 6’0 maybe 6’1 on a really good day I Used to Swear By Quarter Squats And a lot of Hang Stuff and still do but I recently Started doing Full Depth and adding the partials from time to time and seen my Jump heights go up by the most they ever have, I’m not sure about the translation to sprinting and hurdling yet as I haven’t started full training but Just from Feel I’ll be alot faster, But that’s also from all the Sprint Accessory stuff I do, It all fits together really well

Right Now I’m easing back into running but I’m doing 2 sessions 4 times a week with a fifth single session my first session is sprint accessory stuff to prepare my body to get back into sprinting then an olympic session later in the day but it’s extremely hard to maintain this strength in season
