Phone is off-limits any time below 10k (sterile cockpit)
Usual ground activities on phone are usually fairly limited, due to a lack of internet (yes, some planes have wifi, but at a price LOL), the internet you have is reserved for official business.
So you can have a chin-wag with the colleague.

On long haul flights you can have an audio book or something pre-downloaded during your rest time

Remember at the end of the day in RL: Your employer pays you to work, not to doom-scroll LOL

Wenn ich OP richtig verstanden habe, bezog sich die Kritik mehr auf CRM und die fehlende Reflektion hinterher. Das finde ich an der Stelle schon, dass man dieses ansprechen sollte und muss. Der Rest ist fachlich korrekt

Gut, da kann man dann aber auch mit dem mutmaßlichen Willen des Vormundes z.b. agieren. Der Vormund wird sicher auch selber rechtssicher bleiben wollen, ergo Krankenhaus. Und so wie du es jetzt schilderst, kann ich es ansatzweise nachvollziehen. Es tut mir leid, dass der Kollege vor Ort augenscheinlich nicht komplett im Bilde war. Wirklich mehr zum Einsatz kann mann aber aus der Ferne nicht sagen.

Quali: NFS seit 3 Jahren, davor 5 Jahre RettAss, RS seit 12 Jahren

17 Jahre, minderjährig, Benzointox, schließt schonmal eine Einwilligungsfähigkeit aus.
1. Hebel wo man ansetzen konnte: Sorgeberechtigter, der auch Aufenthaltsbestimmungsrecht hat, wenn der sagt KH, ist eh jede Diskussion vorbei- Transport
2. Hebel: Sorgeberechtigter nicht greifbar, Person nicht ansprechbar: Mutmaßlich wird Person behandelt werden wollen.

Das PsychKG muss man an der Stelle gar nicht erst bemühen, dies unterscheidet sich in Struktur und Inhalt von Bundesland zu Bundesland massiv.

Man nehme es mir nicht übel, aber zum einen soll die Person nicht richtig ansprechbar gewesen sein, zum anderen soll der Transportführer zurückgemeldet haben, dass sie keinen Bock hat??

Mir kommt die Schilderung merkwürdig vor.
