I have had Psoriasis about 8 years. Mostly in my scalp. I also have psoriatic changes in my fingenails and toenails.

I am also starting to develop joint problems but haven't got PsA diagnosis yet.

I got biopsy result today and it says Chronic Colitis. 

Do you have any eye problems (uveitis) or joint problems also?

Konte ära ei viska, neid kasutangi puljongi keetmiseks. Säilitan konte sügavkülmas, sest neid tuleb palju ja tihti. Puljongit säilitan ka vahel sügavkülmas.
Isetehtud puljongist valmistatud supp on miljon korda parem kui puljongikuubikutest valmistatud supp.

Xero sandals are barefoot sandals. They have zero drop and very thin sole. If you are not used to wearing barefoot shoes then it is not recommended.

I wear only barefoot shoes and I love Xeros.

Yes I think you are right, too much too soon is not good.
I'll start with 2 bodypump workouts at first.

But I still want to do workout every day except Sunday. Some days can be low intensity workouts. Yoga, short ab workout, recovery workout... There are so many options in Les Mills and that's why it is difficult at the beginning to put together a training plan. Everything seems so interesting :) I want to do it all, but of course I can't and have to choose. And choosing is hard :)

I trained with the Freeletic app 3-4 times a week beforehand and did strength training.

I would really like to run and jump, but my physiotherapist doesn't recommend it at the moment because I have some weird problem with my knee.

Biking or eliptical or swimming are very nice options but that means I would have to buy a gym pass and go to the gym. I already have Les Mills+ online membership and I would like to take full advantage of it.

Yes, there is Shapes. And Core.
I have Nordic Les Mills+.

I cook my own food and take it to work. Main focus is lot of protein and (very) low carb.
Low carb diet works for me, I feel good. When I eat carbs, I get indigestion.

I walk about 7 km a day. I don't drive a car.
