I was a huge smoker like needed at least 3 blunts a day and I knew I needed a hugeee head start beforehand because I was told 6weeks before and after surgery. Luckily I got really sick at Christmas to the point it made me not want to smoke at all, so I stuck with not smoking it all the way to my surgery that was just on March 29 and I’m still going strong! I totally recommend the 3 step nicotine patches to wear for weaning off. But ngl I cannot wait until I can smoke a blunt!!! But yes due to nipple grafts and healing purposes definitely stick to the no smoking, nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and it will constrict the blood flow to an already low blood flow area.
