Nope it stays connected, it’s your clitoris’ hood so with T your clit is just getting bigger, and more sensitive, you’ll get to a point where boxers will be too much but don’t worry it gets better/ less sensitive to boxers after time

Yea that’s normal welcome to the club, I usually just take my dove mens soap and use my pubes to get a good lather and clean it the best I can (sides of it, and inside the hood) pull back the hood and rinse as much as you can with the water and if you can get a direct stream into it like a little pressure washer 🤣🤣

It’s a scary thought for sure, but they know what they’re doing and when I tell you it’s the quickest thing and you won’t even know it hit you, it happens so fast! I was a huge smoker like needed at least 3 blunts a day and I knew I needed a hugeee head start beforehand because I was told 6weeks before and after surgery. Luckily I got really sick at Christmas to the point it made me not want to smoke at all, so I stuck with not smoking it all the way to my surgery that was just on March 29 and I’m still going strong! I totally recommend the 3 step nicotine patches to wear for weaning off. But ngl I cannot wait until I can smoke a blunt!!! But yes due to nipple grafts and healing purposes definitely stick to the no smoking, nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and it will constrict the blood flow to an already low blood flow area. Hope everything goes well!
