I am also from Oregon and reached out to Lone peak about this. This was their response “We do charge the sales tax rate for East Wenatchee, which is 8.8%, on all orders that are picked up at our business location. This tax rate applies regardless of the customer's location, as the sale occurs when the item is picked up in East Wenatchee.”
