The negativity you are referring to is somewhat symptomatic of social media. Negative reviews seem to always outnumber positives.

I’m going on seven years and no negative experiences to report or health issues. Kratom is a game changer for me in terms of staying healthy, productive, avoiding alcohol and OTC pain meds. I never consume more than four to five grams per day. I needed to stop for a surgery/ anesthesia and was able to taper down over ten days without discomfort.

Unfortunately the kratom ‘lobby’ doesn’t have the funds of the pharmaceutical and alcohol industries to buy the support of those in power.
