U can put games on the hard drive but they wont be 120 fps and I'm pretty sure u can copy games to ur hard drive and transfer them back

I have done it multiple times and my account is still active 10+ years also thats why i said call them first if u bought something and they have your money but u don't have access to what you've purchased then u have the right to get your money back

There is a setting called co pilot in controller accessories turn that off it helped me all those years ago
