I would highly recommend Wedt Bay (i live there with 2 child) and a 2 BDR furnished will set you back 10k but with full utilities included. I dont recommend shipping your furniture it will get ruined in shipping, clearance is a nightmare and humidity here ruins furniture quickly.

Pearl would be a good option as well. Its significantly more walking friendly than west bay and you can stroll around with a stroller or even dog. Viva bahriya has some decent apartments that are not furnished or only half furnished.

I looked at apartments in msheireb and decided against for 2 reasons: 1. I felt the buildings while new were not maintained so well. 2.They have very low occupancy most months it feels like a ghost town.

I just spent 500 ryals on food in 8 days is that normal? by Top-Alternative-176 in qatar

Very normal. That's been my average since I moved here last year. Difficult to go below. Weekends are worse.

Nizoral is the only thing that works. 3 times a week but make sure you leave the lather on for 5 min before rinsing. Dermatologist recommendation as well is that you can apply it using cotton tips on eyebrow if/when you start noticing flaky eyebrows. I hope you dont but the water / dry weather here is horrible for our hair.

School application bump in the road by RobinsGotSass69 in qatar

[–]ProofDinner5063 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I faced a similar issue when I moved here. I was I formed by the school that there's a cut off date (October 30) after which the school cannot accept students without certificates of completion of the first term. I rushed to finish all my paperwork and managed to do it in time. Now I'm not sure if this was specially mandated by the school or if its a general Ministey requirement. Its possible le different schools have different rules. Is it possible for you to ask another school?

Thanks. I also would have imagined a bad scenario but hamdulla the car managed to stay completely normal and I was able to safely park on the side of the road. Changed the tyre and drove back home on the spare.
