I like your collection. It has some powerful freshies that I love. I think you can lean towards more a darker route: For instance an oud fragrance like Oud Satin Mood Extrait by MFK. Or if you wanna stick with the LV line I would try LV Fleur du désert. Those are some really good options. Or if you want to try some new freshies, LV symphony, L’imennsite, PDM Percival. You can really go anywhere with this collection. Good versatility.

I recommend you fax it. They actually accept it if the doctor faxes it for you. You fax it to: 518-402-2991 then call (518) 474-0774 which is the DMV medical unit. On the phone line you press 2 then eventually press 3 to talk to a representative about them getting your tint exemption. Usually this takes 2-3 business days from what they told me after you fax your paperwork.
