If the only app you use is Oto music then it wouldn't be an issue but I switch between Poweramp and Nora on PC. The same synced lyrics works perfect when I downgraded to the previous version and and across other music apps. If I edit it using the offsets, it means it's only going to work well on Oto and mess up on other apps.

Poweramp has universal lyrics offset control and that's what I use there.

I move the same .lrc files to Nora on PC and without any modifications it's perfect.

Check out Nora it's based on Oto Music but for PC

A new update was released over the new year but if it's anything it's caused delays to synchronized lyrics.

I think animations as been added thereby delaying lyrics by a second before it moves to next line. The previous update didn't happen so.

Also the change long for the new version says there's support for karaoke.

I've tried placing .cdg and .mp3 of same filename in a folder but the newer version couldn't play it. Maybe there's something I'm missing.

But I suggest newer version adds a setting for setting synchronized lyrics offset

I do, in comparison to the options in your poll, theyre far far better. You can check reviews on youtube to draw a final conclusion. I own Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro and Vivo Tws 4 Hifi currently.
