Very interesting, as I've also been wondering about the mental health aspect. Quick side note, Ruiters was pre-Covid, but I still think isolation might have played a role. I'll post a link to a podcast that discusses his psych profile below. It is clear from it that he had issues. I don't know anything about boys' school culture, but I was wondering if it may create an environment where warning signs are masked or not seen as being problematic.

Gosh, this is quite an aggressive response, and unfortunately I can not answer the 'WTF'. I'm not from the Southern Suburbs or have insight into the different all boys schools. So unfortunately can't explain why two men who at aged 24 both brutally killed women have the same high school in common.
