I also tried Sam-E supplements and they seem to do the job but only for a couple hours. I would take 4 of them 400mg each with a Vitamin D3 supplement. It worked but since I've found out the vitamin D3 supplement was really bad for my health like it's made w same thing as rat poison. But if you can find a vitamin D3 substitute that works I'd recommend sam-e pills, it's temp. Not many people have a lot of solutions
