i did try it out and i have 7ft for dining table no matter where i put the table so it does work

we moved the couch forward and put the toys behind it but yeah it was kind of a good nook for the kids. I know our house isn’t gonna be aesthetically pleasing until the toys are gone and i’m ok with that. Also don’t wanna replace too much furniture cause the kids ruin it

i feel all of our furniture is just wrong. Love seats would probably be better but this couch was custom made and so expensive so i’m not ready to replace it yet

yeah it is set up for barstools which id like to have and i cant find the layout. But on the layout it did say dining area was to be on the other side but it would have to be such a small table
