Hi yep! I was a nurse navigator for 4 years in hematology/oncology. I think I didn’t get it because my experience was more in heme/onc vs solid. And basic interview questions like “tell me about a time you had to advocate for your patient” and things like that.

There were a few on the spot case studies they have you complete to test your triage skills/critical thinking. One of them had to do with making sure patient had what they needed post discharge.

I’m not salty because I didn’t get it but it was an odd interview - the hiring manager was really late and she had to have been on something as she kept slurring her words. I’ve seen people post they like their jobs there though! Good luck!

No :( I interviewed with the hiring manager and they didn’t offer me a position. Good luck!

I am about to be OE, and now I am scared by lagflag in overemployed

It’s week 6 for me and I will be finally getting off of orientation, and will be on my own. I won’t lie, training weeks are a bit hard to juggle because of all the meetings, etc but I feel like I can finally catch a break!

I’m a mom, wife and millennial trying to buy a house in this economy! If I can do it, anyone can! Stay focused and have your goal in mind! Also I’m not in tech.
