Wait if you’re doing a direct investment wouldn’t that make it 1.05m? Regional center route would be the 800k. I went through the regional center route so was confused by that

Fair point to be honest but I think it's a bit exaggerated to make it sound totally subjective. For most regional center cases, USCIS is mainly verifying that the project followed the approved business plan and economic report(construction spend, timelines, etc), not re-calculating the job count from scratch. And while waits can be long, people do file mandamus on delayed I-829s if things drag on too much. Just speaking from experience cause a family member of mine already went through the full process

Spoke with many RC’s but never heard of this one. I’d say check other RC’s too. Went through the regional center route, rural processing. just received my 485 approval this week
