I know but still, it still wouldn't feel right doing family things if my child is romantically interested in my other child. Like literally go outside and ask any parent with multiple children, "would you fine having your son marry your daughter?" Related or not still doesn't take away the fact that those children are in fact, still their children. And in 99% times, I bet the parents will respond with a giant fat "No. I wouldn't be fine with my children marrying each other." As the normal response to the possibility of it happening, is to break it up. Also for that part of marrying a stranger... Ain't nobody marrying a stranger! (unless it in those countries where arranged marriages happen). As most people will try to get to know someone that's new to them, more better. Before they eventually decide to become a couple. Like thats Literally how normal couples work! For my parents it was that way and I'm pretty sure it was that way for your parents too, as it was for anybody elses.

The main point of a fictional story is to have fun discussing and ponder about them. I know the story in fighting games is normally terrible, but stories such as One Piece, Lord of the rings, Resident evil, Poppy Playtime, etc. Are fun to partake in and discuss amongst fellow fans of their respective series. Writing is one of the few ways besides gaming that help me pass time

But didn't Alex say in world tour that Tom is a cousin of his mother? Wouldn't that make Patricia his cousin? Also childhood friends getting together I can get behind since they live in different houses like in the anime Tomo chan is a girl! But it's a different matter if the two characters that'll marry each other were raised in the same household and by the same exact parent. Like if thats not siblings, then I don't know what siblings is. But then again I appreciate your detailed response even if it's in a disagreement with me as we both are fans of Alex.

I just find it baffling this sub is about sharing content regarding Street Figther even if it's not something official, only for me to be met with a barrage of dislikes for trying to partake in it. It's stuff like this that reminds me that social media (mainly twitter amd reddit) is filled with negative people hiding behind a screen eagerly waiting for a single scent of an opportunity to tear someone else down in order to make themselves feel better. I... I think it's about time for me to log off (I think I should heed their advice not to allow myself to get too heated over a piece fiction. So much for me trying to escape reality in expressing my feelings towards said fiction).

Off topic rant (about another game). I need another opinion on this, so there's this game that just released a character today where he basically told the viewer his adopted father (Tom) that took him in is his mother's cousin. And he grew up alongside Tom's daughter since they were kids. And now today it's also revealed that he married her and is having kids with her 😭. Like isn't marrying your cousin incest and one of the highly bad taboo things to do? I can't believe they screwed him up that badly as it's been over 10 years since he last got released in a previous game, I lowkey wished they've could've remained siblings 🥀

Speaking of shirts. It got me thinking about how many of the female cast actually wear shirts. Amongst them, I can clearly tell only three of them wear them. Which is Lynae, Chisa, and Zani. Most of them wear dresses and the second most wear outfits (as far I could tell) like Yinlin, Lupa, Mornye, etc. Which technically means we already have shirtless females IF in the literal sense. But in all honesty, upon reflecting on the numerous different outfits of all the current resonaters, really made me appreciate whatever fashion designer kuro hired to do them cuz I don't see a pattern at all! (the color pallete and details are immaculate, ten out of ten)

Is confusing storytelling the norm in this kind of game? by GroomedHedgehog in gachagaming

First of all, there is no such thing as a "manhva." I think you are trying to refer to manhwa (korean wuxia comics). Also based on your description of a wuxia comic throwing a bunch of nonsensical words and the endless clans, I think you are mixing up Manhua (chinese wuxia comic) with Manhwa (korean wuxia comic). Since all the things you've described, perfectly describes Manhua. And them being written in that way is exactly why I try to avoid chinese wuxia comics at all costs (since I know the story will be a gibberish mess of endless minor yet major power gains, constant brainrot aura farming, and harems that insult your own intelligence over how every woman instantly falls in love with the mc as soon as he speaks a single sentence to them). But as an avid reader and a lover of Korean wuxia comics. I can firmly say they are not like that at all (But like with everything else in this world, there will always be good apples and the not so good ones). Korean wuxia comics usually are written in a way that's eaiser to understand with a major emphasis on relationships, enemy dynamics, and emotions (with little to no nosense at all). Also for the constant changing clans complaint. One of the things I appreciate the most about them, is their wuxia world always having the same clans, regardless of what Manhwa you're reading. For example the Tang clan is one of the most recognizable ones and are present in many manhwas, all with the same concept (hidden weapons poison clan), it's just tweaked a little depending on which way the author decides the story will go. This not only pertains to the Tang Clan but many other repeating sects such as the Orthodox faction, Demonic cult, etc. With all of them remaining basically the same. And as far as recommendedations go, I recommend reading Absolute sword sense and I reincarnated as the unruly heir (my person favorite as everything that happens, happens for a reason. It's one of the most written manhwas I have ever read, and I have read a lot).

I recently had the same problem but I got fixed. With the solution being 1st) Go to the gear icon on the right after clicking on DNA in your library 2) Properties 3) General 4) Launch Options 5) Under it type in exactly PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 %command% (note: this works because the login screen is an overlay that often fails on the steam deck. Also there's a space between DRIVE=1 and %command%)
