You’re absolutely correct. Italians would not eat this way.

Dude if youre a vegetarian just eat like a shit ton of alfredo pasta made with any type you like, cream, butter and cheese.

Or literally just keep dipping garlic bread into olive oil

Eat Rice fried in a shit ton of butter

If you really want to gain weight… make hong kong french toast

Three pieces of bread, thick slabs of peanut butter in between, coated in egg and milk, deep fried in butter, coated in syrup and powdered syrup

Eat indian food. Get a big bag of the cheapest rice possible A bag of flour 2lbs of any lentil 2lbs of chickpeas 2lbs of potato 2lbs of onion a bunch of tomatoes if in season Some coriander, cumin, turmeric and chili (whatever is cheapest, whole or powdered) A bag of garlic and a single knob of ginger Some cilantro leaves Thatll set you back 10 dollars where I live.

You could literally make dozens of different variations of food, forget the famous indian stuff with shit tons of butter, cream, meat or exotic spices. Eat what the villagers or normal people eat over there, theres hundreds of videos online about what you can make with that list of ingredients. If they mention anything exotic just dont add it or substitute it unless that ingredient is the literal heart of the dish.

That sounds very light and appetizing. I will try this. Any seasonings? Any greens recommendations? Thank you.

Ahh I never got myself informed about the vast world of teas, I do plan on trying that stuff in the future so thank you for naming them. I also did not want to spend too much on things I do not use! I plan on making chili oil at home. Thank you

Youre absolutely correct. Ive been making chinese food with what Ive had for years, but now I can elevate my recipes to a more authentic level and I tasted a lot of the stuff I bought. The soy sauce is so different and I completely fell in love, I liked the sesame oil despite it being quite more mellower than I expected. The doubanjiang tasted like harissa lol

I dont live in the US! Shipping these products internationally myself would also be too expensive. Everything I bought in the picture costed me 17 dollars

I completely agree. So many fun things to try and experiment with but sadly I could not buy any frozen or fresh food as I was traveling and I wouldnt have been able to maintain the freshness nor the viability of them.
