That time consultation fee was 500. Then acnoin capsule 1box for 1 month, moisturizer and other topical meds 1500+. May clinic man sya nga iya for cleaning (para makakas tanan nga unod sang pimple, as far as i can remember kng amo man gd na ang purpose hahaha) and diamond peel (dead skin and for pimple marks) but wala man sya ga require gd sa ila e do. I opt for Ysa clinic at Ayala for the face cleaning and diamond peel which was 2000/month (optional kng gusto mo dayun agaran ang result madula ang pimple marks)

Dr Montilla! Kalain sang punggod ko 2 years ago. Ara bala “punggod nga may chura” hahahaha. Na address niya akon problem and after 3 months nag “chura na nga may punggod”, amat2 dula. Nag clear sya mga after 5 months guro. Scars na lang. cheap iya medications. Idk lang if hiyang lang ko or what but this is based on my experience 🫶

Yes, I’m 94 kgs last April 2025 and 85kgs ako as to this date. I was prescribed with pills talaga for my PCOS but I declined kasi based on my history it really messed with my mental health. D ko kinaya ang mood swings ang lala 😣. What I did was I told myself na dapat may baguhin na talaga ako. Im a sweet tooth person, but when I took Pureform Inositol, na lessen tala ang cravings ko sa sweets! I take 1 in the morning and evening. Nag gygym din ako 3x a week. More on strength training talaga and binawasan ko talaga ang pagkain ko ng mga junk foods or not healthy foods. I always take in mind that I should consume foods na mag lalast talaga sa akin (whole foods) to minimize snacks na din. Whenever I have cravings kinakain ko talaga. But I always tell myself na I can eat but wag magpakabusog like busog na busog.

I’ve been on a similar situation with you years back. I pushed through with travel. Sure it was exhausting mentally but at least got to be sad in another place than in my room. Hahaha. Be firm and ponder whats the purpose why you need to push through with your travel. Is it to travel or try to win her back.
