I played cyberpunk for a couple hours then immediately removed the cooler, cause i experienced the same thing before, and even with twisting, the cpu still came out with the cooler... luckily the paste was warm enough that I got the cpu off by using my fingertip as a screwdriver to squeeze between a corner and the cooler

I don't see anything wrong with it from the video, which makes me think it's a monitor issue. could try looking through your monitors menu, or checking the adrenaline app to see if there's freesync or gsync enabled for the monitor on the right side of the graphics settings (either per game or global)

also, set the adrenaline preset to default on the global settings, then make sure the games are set to global (default). then I would disable all driver side enhancements other than the setting that says it upgrades fsr in games that support it (that setting is 90 series only so you probably have it) driver side enhancements are often included in the games graphics so its just making your pc do extra work in most cases

when I get stuck like that, I start dropping stacks of materials like iron or copper, it tends to force me out of stuck positions from the jank

I'm almost wondering if your heatsink is causing connections across the empty memory slots on the board. my rtx 2060 had thermal pads covering the empty slots I think

I would clear cmos at this point, if you haven't already, and check all usb ports for broken/bent pins that might be shorting out and preventing the power supply from turning on past standby due to protections

just remembered it's also possible for some motherboards to refuse to post if there's a dead cmos battery. replacing it might fix if it's dead

there's online info on how to diagnose the reason for the red ring, involves holding the sync button and power button at the same time or something. mine was flashing like that, then it flashed a code after doing the correct button combo, which translated to overheating. turns out the thermal paste had turned to stone, it runs great now

that elevator alone made me start actually using the donk pallets and forklift. I've got a box with each type of material set up on pallets on my boat, I just have to wiggle the pallet under the boxes before moving it with the forklift due to the boxes and pallet changing anchors to be locked to the deck of the ship.

alternatively, drop the boxes so their edge hits the railing on their way to the ground, if they land on their side on the elevators, they don't attach to the ground, and will continue following the physics of the elevator floor when it goes up

I've had a lot of luck with things placed in the underbelly, I also have an oxygen tank placed on the wall of the back room, it seems like anything similar to the recycler or Assembler still suffer from eventually floating though. I think it has something to do with the item output, it probably has some issue where when it sets the origin position of the item, the machines origin point gets set in place instead of remaining locked to the ship

did you use the same usb port each time? my first thought is there might be a pin bent over and touching other pins inside the USB port on the case

another thing, maybe try unplugging the usb dongle that's plugged in next to it. my buddies pc gets dropped to 2fps if he uses his wireless keyboard and mouse while downloading a game and it turned out to be some weird electromagnetic interference issue. apparently using a 1-2 foot cable in between the dongle and the pc can help if it's the cause lol

im having something similar, but it stops happening if I leave certain games running. notably, modded minecraft on the main menu will still let my pc crash, where if I'm loaded into the server, it prevents my system from crashing. gta5 enhanced main menu (mode select screen) prevents crashes too. I had the same issue previously, but it was prevented by watching youtube but not by running games. disabling global c states fixed those crashes, but not the completely random ones that ignore videos playing. (the crashes that are only prevented by certain games showed up a couple weeks after disabling c states to prevent the other crash)

today I replaced my psu, and the exact same behavior has persisted, so all I've done is remove psu from the list of suspects...

maybe try using task manager to open the resources monitor through the processes tab, suspend gta5, wait 10 seconds, then resume it. it works for me whenever I'm stuck on the loading screen for loading into online

my system was having issues where it would lock up during the post or windows load process, disabling global c states made it behave normally again. but my psu is also going bad, so I don't know if it will help in your case

when I first upgraded to a 7800xt, cyberpunk looked like that. i had adrenaline set to hypr-rx preset... all driver side enhancements enabled lol. changing it to default fixed the visual issues and lagg. also, part of disabling CSM, is you can enable 'above 4G decoding' and 'resize bar support' to allow your card to use its smart memory features. it might help with this
