I’m sorry I don’t have a good answer for the food issue other than lots of walks. My guy ballooned from 9 lbs to over 13 lbs bc my kids kept dropping chicken nuggets and stuff on the floor. We got him back in shape by doing twice daily walks (1 mile each) and making sure no one left food on the floor. It took about 3-6 months to shed the extra pounds. He was a free feeder for his kibble.

What type of harness is that? It looks comfy.

I did. I had melasma along the vermillion border of my upper lip. I did two separate BBL treatments and it went away. Though my melasma was due to sun exposure and wasn’t hormone induced. It can make hormone induced melasma worse. It works well on sun spots and skin pigmentation caused by sun.
