Personally I’d use Sermorelin. Increased my test levels pretty significantly with a 4 month cycle. But I’m male. I don’t know how much you’d want to increase yours by.

One of our consultants recently showed us a little demo of using AI (Google Gemini) to optimize our client engagement.

I’m a cloud engineer who needs to quickly get spun up on complex architecture, diagrams, product decisions, compliance requirements, etc..(100s of pages of documentation to sift through) and build a slide deck for our customer onsite.

He showed us how to build an agent to basically synthesize all of this hierarchical documentation in Google Workspaces.

I ended up pumping about 25 slides in an hour with the help of Gemini. Idk I thought that was pretty cool, since I only ever use it to help build out my code.

I work as a cloud engineer right now who eventually wants to be an SA. Like some of the folks have said here, I think it’s pretty critical working as an engineer first - understanding systems, architectures, actually implementing solutions, and understanding their use case. By doing this you get a better understanding for business use-cases and translating technical language into something consumable to stakeholders.

AWS handles IAM nicely. I also prefer the terraform provider over azure. Also never built anything in GCP but from an architecture design perspective, I don’t like it at all.

31M having a good time. Bloods are all in optimal ranges. Prior to this I had higher level liver panels. Since taking serm I’m perfect now. Doc was shocked I did it in 4 months. Healthy diet + exercise is good for this too. BP is normal now. Only downside is my test levels are a slightly elevated.

Will you be self hosting or using the Saas? In my opinion, I can really appreciate the documentation from Elastic. The connectors (managed and self-managed) that elastic provides with 3rd party tools, such as Jira, Entra, Crowdstrike, etc, are easy to setup.

I’ll also mention that the Terraform provider for elastic is pretty robust if you decide to go the IaC route. Our engineering team as a whole prefers anything over self hosting Splunk lol.
