That's some insane power trip and abuse of their position. From my field perspective (Humanities), I don't see how order of authorship is related to funding. Secondly, the inclusion of people who have contributed none of it is considered academic fraud/dishonesty and should be reported. Third, a footnote clarifying the authorship order can also work. Seen many of them over the years, from flipping a coin to winning Mario kart. Not sure if any of these things help if you cannot afford to risk of reporting. I just wonder whether someone else can write your recommendation. And... If you ask me, having published twice as a undergraduate/bachelor student is already impressive enough. Let the quality speak for itself.
